Patrick went above and beyond to get our home market ready. We got a full price offer within 3 days! He was so helpful with the purchase of our new home too. He even helped us move belongings in his own car when we ran out of truck space. I would recommend him above anyone else in the area!

We had a superb experience with Patrick as our seller's agent. In our situation, we had already moved away from the Knoxville area before deciding to sell our home. Patrick helped us prepare the house for listing by recommending various repairs, rooms to paint, etc. Once it was ready, he took pictures and prepared an outstanding web listing. He also helped us choose a reliable company to maintain the yard. Best of all, he helped us determine the "sweet spot" on the listing price.
While the house was on the market, we had an unfortunate water leak in the kitchen that was due to a failing pressure regulator on the main water supply line. This is where Patrick really came through. He discovered the leak within 36 hours, recommended a reliable plumber, and met the plumber who replaced the regulator and repaired the leak. This saved us many thousands of dollars worth of potential structural damage.
Even though the leak was fixed quickly, our homeowners insurance company still recommended that we have the sub-floor professionally dried, which meant pulling the kitchen cabinets and removing the tile. Even though this was covered by the insurance, we were worried that this would delay the sale, but Patrick came through again! He identified a buyer who saw this as a positive situation, and we negotiated a deal that allowed the buyer to pick out the new kitchen tile, as well as new counter tops.
Throughout the entire process, we could not have asked for a better experience. Patrick kept us updated and made himself available to meet the various contractors as the kitchen was restored. Best of all, he helped us deal with a rather hopeless situation, navigate the insurance claim, and turn it into a sale that benefited everyone. I would highly recommend Patrick Welsh to anyone looking for a solid, professional real estate agent.

My wife and I used Patrick to buy and sell a home in the past and will do so again when we sell our current home. We felt that he was extremely attentive to our needs, prompt in his responses and very knowledgeable of the local real estate market. We have encouraged both friends and family to use Patrick also. I would highly recommend Patrick Welsh as a buying agent for perspective home owners. From the outset, Patrick provided a great buying experience for my wife and I. He was not only patient in working with us as we looked at over 30 homes in the greater Knoxville area, but went above and beyond in scheduling multiple viewings, providing expert insights, rearrnaging his schedule to support our visits, and getting to know us to find that "right" home. Patrick assisted and advised us on inspections to we should have performed, working with us to schedule only the most reputable services.
I have bought and sold numerous homes in different locations across the country. By far, Patrick Welsh made this home buying experience the most pleasurable.
