Jason Smith, Agent
Born and raised in Knoxville, I’ve always felt a strong connection to this community. My early experience working in my father’s home building business gave me a hands-on understanding of homes and a lasting appreciation for quality craftsmanship and design.
Before joining Heritage Realty, I spent over a decade in product and project management, building a foundation in communication, organization, and strategic thinking. Those skills now help me support our clients through the day-to-day operations of property management—ensuring that properties are well cared for and that both owners and tenants feel confident and supported.
As a graduate of East Tennessee State University and a lifelong East Tennessean, I’m proud to bring a local perspective and a practical, solution-oriented mindset to everything I do. I’m also a husband and father of two boys, and I know how important it is to have a place that truly feels like home—whether you’re living in it or managing it for someone else.
